The next recycling pickup in Admirals Landing is Friday, Sept 30th.

Neighbors,
Recent events move me to write you. Due to several homes within Admirals Landing falling behind on their annual dues payment, our association and our representatives have had to take steps towards collecting unpaid dues. These funds pay for the maintenance, upkeep and improvements to our neighborhood and are necessary evils. I'm not sure any of us enjoy writing those annual checks. However, we're contractually obligated, having agreed to those terms during the purchase…

The last thing any parent wants is to have a child injured by broken glass while at our neighborhood pool. Likewise, you wouldn't want a guest or yourself to cut a foot while enjoying a nice, relaxing day at the pool.
Broken glass creates an obvious safety hazard for everyone.
This is why we have a published and posted…

The birds are chirping, the weather is warming (well, it's supposed to be anyway) neighbors are coming out of hibernation, and the kids are counting down the number of days left in school. What does all this mean? Summer is almost here and the pool will be opening soon!
Since it’s been awhile since we’ve all been to the pool, your Pool & Tennis Court Co-Chairs would like to remind you of the Admiral’s Landing Pool and Tennis Court Rules as we start the new season. Understanding…

This web-based community network serves as a resource for you to get and share neighborhood info, news and events, access needed documents & forms, and speak out about what's on your mind. So that everyone can participate, here's a few “neighborhood rules”:
1. When uploading your profile photo, we want to see you or how you (want to) see yourself. Don’t use stuff we may be asked to remove (logos, commercial or copyrighted images, photos or other stuff like this).
2. When possible, keep all posts and comments civil and polite. It's okay to feel strongly about a subject, but please refrain from personal attacks toward neighbors, other residents, vendors, contractors and/or their employees. If you believe or feel your ALHOA Board, Committees, or Property Management is not performing to your expectations or you simply disagree with what's happening, 'shout it out' here.
3. Never post inappropriate comments, materials or web links. If you’re unsure of what is appropriate, you probably shouldn't be here.
4. Events, meetings, etc., should be posted in the Calendar & Events section.
5. Post your own stuff as you please but please do not post commercial videos, demo reels, music or any outside corporate website promotions without prior authorization. They may be copyrighted or require permission or attribution.
6. This is a public website and a semi-moderated community. Any member can be removed for any reason including inappropriate behavior.
We reserve the right to make any changes, delete any content, and remove any members or groups.
This neighborhood based community network gets better when you participate. Post your thoughts, blog at will, ask questions, give neighbors a 'shout out', and provide your input on how to make it better!
